Neither are your ovaries,
your cervix or
your breasts.

Your uterus is not dangerous.
Not in menarche.
Not in menstruation.
Not in pregnancy.
Not in birth.
Not in menopause.

Your uterus is not dangerous.

She bleeds.

Our cervix deserves our attention.

Our cervix is not a target for sex, instruments and pathology.

Our cervix has a right to be met by us before anyone or anything else.

Not a penis.
Not the finger of another.
Not a plastic speculum.
Not a swab or

Vulva. If you feel uncomfortable saying the word vulva, pause on that and ask yourself why?

Vulva. Is not a dirty word and does not deserve to be buried beneath others.

Vulva. Names one of the most beautiful and sacred landmarks of the female body.

There is something I know Women are hungry for and it’s not botox, fake breasts or more sex.

As you know, I’ve spent most of my adult life working with women, devoted to women; much of it in the name of Mothers.
